The direction of"north"should ba palming fowards the top <br /> h file page. <br /> • Streets and Easements: Location and names of all streets and easements bordering on the property with access details. <br /> • Property Llnes: Aft existing and proposed property lines or boundary lines of the parcel with dimensions. Label each Parcel 1,2,3,4 or"remainder"an <br /> Indicate the,not acreage of each. A dark,solid line shall be used around the entire original parcel{s). All proposed parcels and any proposed remainder <br /> shall also be lined with a dark solid line. <br /> • Vicinity Map: A vicinity map showing the location of the property In relation to surrounding streets. <br /> • Names: Name,address and telephone number of owner;the name,address and telephone number of the subdivider,surveyor and engineer filing the <br /> map. <br /> Adjacent Property Owners: Names of adjotning property owners,Including those across any easements,roads,waterway,efc. <br /> Contour Llnes: Contour lines or spot elevation relative to mean sea level datum. <br /> • Dedications: Improvements and easements to be dedicated to the County. <br /> • Existing and Proposed Improvements: All existing structures{labeled'exis(Ing)and any proposed structures(labeled'proposed')with dimensions, <br /> square footage and distances from other structures and existing and proposed property lines. Any existing structures planned for removal should be <br /> shown with dashed lines. The use and number of floors should be labeled on each structure. <br /> • Parking and Driveways: The location;dimensions and surface material of all existing and proposed parking and driveways. <br /> Water Wells: The location of existing and proposed water wells on-slte and any off-site wells within 150'of the proposed development.
