Martin <br /> 6142 S. Mobley Road, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Plbnning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, <br /> Section 5-4207). <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as <br /> follows: The well discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top <br /> of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br /> e.
