The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100). The well discharge pipe <br /> must be plumbed over the top of the standpipe and have twice the diameter of the <br /> discharge pipe air gap from the top of the standpipe, or install backflow valves approved <br /> by San Joaquin County. <br /> e. Construct an individual domestic water well on Parcel 2 under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel 2 under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of developmem (Ordinance <br /> Code Section 53003) <br /> g. Parcel 2 has the home facing stanley <br /> not shown on the map. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify,and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers,and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body cc^^,erring a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br />
