Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> K A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated October 2003 was deemed <br /> inadequate. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and receive approval from the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> -1_`/101011� performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$186.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b� C--.'The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
