Please refer to the attached <br /> checklist for items found to be insufficient. An addendum to the Soil Suitability Study <br /> addressing the items found insufficient must be submitted to the EHD prior to the <br /> recordation of the parcel map. Please be advised that any additional time required to <br /> review the addendum will be billed at a rate of$93.00 per hour. <br /> In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this <br /> project, please submit to the EHD those items noted above.
