The Major Subdivision application has been tentatively scheduled for the Planning <br /> Commission hearing on February 16, 2006. The Community Development Department <br /> has reviewed the project and responses from other agencies and will be recommending <br /> denial based on the inability to make Finding No. 6 in the affirmative. <br /> If the project is approved, the following Conditions of Approval are likely to apply <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0500492 was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is .
