Mondy Lane, Linden The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated June 18, 2002 was deemed incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval,an addendum shall be submitted (to address any changes from the date of the original report to the present)to the I;nvironmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. B. 7 he Enviromnental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to acceptance of the application and recordation of Final Map/Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic lank practice or F.P.A. Desiym Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of 593.00 per percolation hole is required. NOTE: A Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated January 14, 2003, has been submitted to the Environmental Health Department and not approved yet. C- Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitratc Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4), 1). Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
