A site plan showing the approximate
site boundaries is presented on Plate 1. The purpose of our study was to determine
the suitability of,the property for septic tank usage. The study was performed in
general accordance to the requirements of Section 9-10100© of San Joaquin County
Ordinance. The following includes background information regarding the proposed
development, present and past use of the site, and the historical groundwater depths
in the project area. In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures
and the site conditions encountered during our field exploration, and the results of
percolation tests are presented. Finally, the results of our nitrate loading calculations
and project limitations are provided.
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
On a preliminary basis, we understand the subject 30-acre project site will be
subdivided into fifteen individual lots for single-family residencVs. Appurtenant
construction will include a paved interior street, various concrete flatwork, and buried
utilities. We anticipate the proposed residences will be one- and,lor two-story, wood-
frame structures with shallow spread foundations and concrete slab-on-grade floor
systems. Grading plans were not available at the time this report was prepared.
However, as site topography is relatively level, cuts and fills during earthwork are
anticipated to be minimal (3 feet or less in vertical extent) in order to provide level
building pads. An aerial photograph (2005) showing the site is presented on Plate 2.
March 6,2006
23197.G021ST06R149 Page 1 of 6
CoWghl 2006 Klelnralder,Inc.
KLEI'ti FELDER 7525 East Myrtle Street, Stockton, U 95205-4794 Q097 946-1345 1209) 946.062; fax
