Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region will need <br /> to review report as part of considering Waste Discharge Requirements. <br /> B. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant(for the entire development)to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for approval. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). A review fee of$445.00 will be <br /> required at time of submittal per Board of Supervisors Order 90-620. <br /> C.
