In <br /> particular, the applicant is appealing the Department of Public Works' statements, comments from the <br /> Mossdale Reclamation District No. 2017, and conditions of the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District which state that <br /> the project must meet all current requirements, rather than the requirements that applied when the initial <br /> nonconforming use was created. Also appealed are the Community Development Department's Conditions <br /> 1.f.(3) and 1.g. regarding parking and lighting. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Deny the appeal.
