Mossdale Road, Lathrop) <br /> ACTION: On March 13, 2002, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved SA- <br /> 01-91 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $295.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 23, 2002.
