There does not appear to be any major problems associated with the proposed construction as shown. A building permit will be required and the appropriate submittal documents prepared by a registered engineer or licensed architect shall be submitted for complete review and approval. ❑ The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description and has noted the following issues that must be addressed. OCCUPANCY: (classify proposed and existing) Proposed occupancy: Group B Division Existing occupancy: Group R Division ❑ The proposed use will change the occupancy from a R-3 occupancy to a B occupancy(UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. El An occupancy separation of hour is required to separate the occupancy from the occupancy.
