a) A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable <br />codes and ordinances. <br />b) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of Appendix III -A <br />and III -B of the California Fire Code. <br />c) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code <br />and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building <br />Code and the California Electrical Code. <br />d) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California <br />Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br />e) This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County <br />Surveyor's Office will file the map for record. Please contact Fire Prevention at 209-468- <br />3380 to schedule an inspection of the completed road. <br />f) This project shall comply with the San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br />1150.18, Road Naming Procedures. Please contact the Community Development <br />Department at 468-2193 to complete this process prior to requesting Fire Department <br />approval. <br />g) All undeveloped parcels or portions of undeveloped parcels which are created as a result of <br />this planning application shall remain free of weeds, debris, or any other combustible <br />vegetation such as abandoned orchards or vineyards throughout the year to the <br />satisfaction of the Fire Jurisdiction Having Authority. (CFC 1103.2.40) <br />vii. LAMMERSVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT (Staff Contact <br />Doris Unsod, 209-836-7400) <br />1. The developer shall enter into full mitigation agreements with the Lammersville Elementary <br />School District (LESD). [Master Plan Implementation 5.1.3 (j).] <br />Timing: Condition shall be met prior to approval of the first Final Map. <br />2. The portion of the K-8 school site designated on the Tentative Map shall be dedicated to <br />LESD as required in the school agreement between the applicant and Lammersville <br />Elementary School District. [SPIII Implementation Measure 5.2.3 (n).] <br />Timing: Condition shall be met prior to approval of the first Final Map or as set forth in the <br />school agreement. <br />3. The school funding agreements between the applicant and Lammersville Elementary School <br />District and Tracy Unified School District shall be implemented to provide interim and <br />permanent funding for school facilities, as evidenced by certificates of compliance from these <br />jurisdictions stating that the developer has complied with funding requirements as per the <br />agreements. [SPIII Implementation Measure 5.2.3 (o).] <br />Timing: Condition shall be met prior to approval of Final Maps. <br />vin.
