A six -year time extension <br />request was approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 6, 2018 <br />and the new expiration date is November 6, 2024. <br />Revised Conditions of Approval <br />Major Subdivision PA -0600161 <br />Joe J. & Lillian E. Machado <br />Specific Plan III Portion of Neighborhood A/B <br />(Tentative Map Tract 3635) <br />Six-year Time Extension for Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0600161—Tentative Map <br />Tract 3635 (Large Lot Tentative Map) was approved by the Board of Supervisors on <br />November 6, 2018. The effective date of approval is November 6, 2018. This Tentative Map <br />approval will expire on November 6, 2024, which is six (6) years from the effective date of <br />approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map <br />has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br />complied with prior to approval of the Final Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section <br />Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. <br />Ordinance requirements cannot be modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br />I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: John <br />Funderburg, 209-468-3160) <br />GENERAL <br />1. Tentative Map Compliance: The Final Map(s) shall be in substantial compliance with the <br />Tentative Map dated May 3, 2006, and all Conditions of Approval. <br />a. The project shall comply with applicable policies of the Mountain House Master Plan, the <br />College Part at Mountain House Specific Plan III, and all other applicable Community <br />Approvals, with respect to a Preliminary Map as that term is defined in the Mountain <br />House Development Title. <br />b. Minor modifications to lot configurations may be allowed by the Community Development <br />Director without requiring a new Major Subdivision application or a Revision of Approved <br />Actions application. <br />Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and any other Development Approvals subsequent to the <br />Tentative Map. <br />2. Consistency: Final maps and improvement plans within the boundaries of the Tentative <br />Map shall be reviewed by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br />and found consistent with the approved Tentative Map, including all conditions of approval, <br />the Mountain House Master Plan, Specific Plan III, Development Title, and all other <br />applicable Community Approvals. <br />Timing: Prior to approvals and prior to issuance of development permits. <br />32 <br />
