The site was found on both <br /> of the lists. The site was listed as `case closed'on both lists. <br /> The UST Pmgram Facility Inventory by Facility Name, dated April 11, 2001,was also searched at the <br /> EHD on March 7, 2005 for the name Time Oil. No records were found for the subject property. <br /> / <br /> Ld 2.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> According to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES,personal communication February 18, 2005,no <br /> Lincident reports were on file for 13475 North Jack Tone Road. <br /> L A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files of the subject property was <br /> conducted on March 7,2005. No notices were found for the subject property. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> V 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> According to Mr. Sandhop,there are no septic systems on the subject property. <br /> L ✓3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> One septic permit was found for the Site during file review at EHD on February 15, 2005. The <br /> permit is dated June 17, 1991 and is for the destruction of a septic system. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> LOne septic repair permits was found for the Site during file review at EHD on February 15,2005. <br /> The permit is dated May 19, 1985 and is for the addition of two leach lines (100 feet and 90 feet) <br /> and for two 33 inch diameter by 25 foot deep pits. <br /> 3 '404 <br /> 1. <br />
