The permit was for the repair of the well,replacing the <br /> motor and pump. <br /> 6. The well is no longer operable;therefore no water sample was taken (Plate 1). <br /> L 5.0 SOIL PROFILE AND GEOLOGIC INFORMATION <br /> The Site is depicted on the Preliminay Geologic Map of Cenotoic Deposits of the BellotaQuadrangle, as <br /> Quaternary Riverbank Formation- Foothill derived alluvials and silt;contains abundant volcanic <br /> detritus (Plate 7). <br /> LV The surface and near surface soils located at the Site are reported by the San Joaquin County Soil Survey <br /> to be composed of the San Joaquin loam,thick surface, 0-2% slopes (Plate 8) (USDA, 1992).
