NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of <br /> this report. <br /> L 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1 1.1 Description of Site <br /> L <br /> The subject property is located on the west side of Jack Tone Road between Kettleman Lane and <br /> Harney Lane,approximately five miles east of Lodi,California. The property consists of an irregularly- <br /> shaped, 34.7-acre parcel (APN 063-250-27). Two addresses are associated with the subject property <br /> parcel: 13737 and 14101 North Jack Tone Road, Lodi. One mobile home is on the center of the <br /> property; the remainder of the site is open land. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> '^ property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> ` designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> enterprises." <br /> LLocation maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the (/. 3) <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> L1.2 Proposed Development <br /> L A tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided to NOA by Baumbach& <br /> Piazza; the parcel division is depicted on the site map in Appendix A. In her responses to the <br /> environmental questionnaire,Ms. Moules indicated that she plans to split a five-acre financing parcel ((2) <br /> L from the property.
