SA-92-34 �ERMIr/SERVICES <br /> OF MING WEI AND ROGER HU <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> This is a Site Approval Application to establish a 1, 000 bird <br /> chicken farm. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval is for a chicken farm for a maximum of <br /> 1, 000 chickens. <br /> 2 . One copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to the <br /> Development Services Division for circulation to County <br /> departments. A Plan Check fee will be required at the <br /> time of submittal. <br /> 3 . All animal enclosures shall be maintained free from <br /> litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure. <br /> Premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary <br /> manner.
