CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-9234 <br /> Ming Wei & Roger Hu <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be fulfilled prior to the establishment of <br /> the use and the Issuance of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire within 18 months of the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> In force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain In force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance Requirements. An Improvement Plan fee will be required <br /> at the time of submittal. <br /> C. All animal enclosures shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive <br /> accumulation of manure. The premises shall be maintained In a neat and sanitary <br /> manner.
