CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SA-9234 Ming Wei & Roger Hu Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the Issuance of any building permits. This approval will expire within 18 months of the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain In force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain In force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: a: This approval is for a chicken ranch for a maximum of 1,000 meat-bird chickens. 111' One copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to the Development Services Division for circulation to County departments. An Improvement Plan fee will be required at the time of submittal. C. All animal enclosures shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure. The premises shall be maintained In a neat and sanitary manner.
