EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING: (a)The South 30 feet of the West 9.70 acres of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 and the South 30 feet of the East 30/100 acres of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 1 South,Range 7 East,Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. (b)The East 20 acres of the West 29.70 acres of the South%of the Southeast 114 of Section 36,Township I South, Range 7 East,Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
