The permit allows for the burning of <br /> ` almond pruning. <br /> • San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioners Office (SJCACO) was contacted on <br /> April 29, 2004 for information regarding pesticide use records. Restricted Materials <br /> Permit information was made available for the years 1998-2004. Mr. Gary Carlson is the <br /> permit applicant and the permit number is 39-(98-04)-3901062. Pesticides used onsite <br /> IL for those years include the following; Methyl Bromide, Paraquat, Chloropicrin, <br /> Aluminum Phosphide, Strychnine, Supracide, Permethrin, Asana, and 2,4-D Amine. <br /> Copies of the Restricted Materials Permits and Monthly Pesticide Use Reports are <br /> included in Appendix D. <br /> • San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division <br /> 6. (PHS/EHD) was contacted on April 29, 2004 for information regarding underground <br /> storage tanks and records of hazardous materials and petroleum product storage/incidents. <br /> LAccording to Kim Campbell(clerk), there are no files for the site. <br /> • San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (SJCOES) was contacted on April <br /> 29, 2004 for information regarding hazardous materials incidents/storage. According to <br /> Michelle Halliwell there are no available files for the site. <br /> i • California State Fire Marshall Pipeline Safety Office (CSFMPSO) was contacted by <br /> Kleinfelder on April, 29, 2004, regarding pipelines within the area of the subject site. <br /> According to Ms. Lisa Dowdy (Research Analyst) there are no pipelines on or adjacent to <br /> the site area under jurisdiction of the State Fire Marshal. <br /> • Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) was contacted on April 29, 2004 for <br /> information regarding underground storage tanks and records of hazardous materials and <br /> petroleum product incidents/storage.
