In some cases, the District will no longer be able to provide <br />irrigation service unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to <br />acconu .1odate the newly established parcels. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels <br />are sold. or transferred to others without provisions for irrigation service, <br />Based upon the information provided in the referral, there may be a concern relative to <br />the Dist:rict's ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels. If changes in the <br />method of irrigation are desired by owner, it is recommended that the owner contact the <br />District, prior to the completion of the process, to determine the necessity for changes to <br />the existing infrastructure, or easements in order to accommodate the proposed boundary <br />changes, The owner will need to provide information concerning any changes in the <br />method in which the adjusted parcels will be irrigated and may need to obtain a structure <br />permit if new connections are necessary. <br />
