When fTope3 ty boundaries are changed, it is likely to affect the current method of water billing and water delivery. In some cases, the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation service unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to acconu .1odate the newly established parcels. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold. or transferred to others without provisions for irrigation service, Based upon the information provided in the referral, there may be a concern relative to the Dist:rict's ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels. If changes in the method of irrigation are desired by owner, it is recommended that the owner contact the District, prior to the completion of the process, to determine the necessity for changes to the existing infrastructure, or easements in order to accommodate the proposed boundary changes, The owner will need to provide information concerning any changes in the method in which the adjusted parcels will be irrigated and may need to obtain a structure permit if new connections are necessary.
