CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA -1800220 <br />VAN GRONINGEN / QUARTAROLI & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />Deviation Application No. PA -1800220 was approved by the Community Development Department on <br />December 3, 2018. The effective date of a-pproval is December 13, 2018. This approval will expire on <br />June 13, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of <br />Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br />force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br />prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br />followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br />application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may <br />apply. <br />1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Alisa Goulart, [2091,468-0222) <br />a. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a Deviation to reduce the required minimum side yard setback <br />from 10 feet to 6 feet in the AG -40 (General Agriculture, 40 -acre minimum) zone to allow the lot line <br />adjustment as shown on the Site Plan dated August 17, 2018. <br />b.
