MS4 Permittees have their own development <br />standards, also known as Low Impact Development (LID)/post-construction standards that <br />include a hydromodification component. If a Section 404 permit is required by <br />the USACOE, the Central Valley Water Board will review the permit application to ensure <br />that discharge will not violate water quality standards.
