Jacktone Road <br /> Attention: Mo Hatef <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system <br /> usage. The applicant shall submit prior to the Planning Commission meeting on January <br /> 3,2008, (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $490.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> NOTE: <br /> A Soil Suitability Study dated December 21, 2006,has been submitted to the Environmental <br /> Health Department and approved. <br />
