Jack Tone Rd. - <br /> The following California Fire Code/ San Joaquin County Ordinance Code(CFC)requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Community Development Department for a Building Permit: <br /> 1. Fire Hydrants and Water Storage shall be installed according to Article 9 and Appendix III-A <br /> & III-B of the CFC. <br /> 2. Fire Sprinkler Systems shall be installed according to Article 10 and Article 81 of the CFC <br /> and appropriate Standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code. <br /> 3. All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinkler systems and water-flow <br /> Switches shall be monitored in accordance with Section 1003.3 of the CFC. <br /> 4. Fire Department Access roads and building access shall be in accordance with Article 9 and <br /> Article 81 of the CFC and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chief's <br /> Association. <br /> 5. Fire Extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with Section 1002 of the CFC. <br /> 6. This project shall comply with all other applicable Federal, State and Local laws, codes and <br /> ordinances. <br /> 7. Identify outside storage areas for combustible bin boxes,pallets, etc. and comply with the <br /> requirements of Sections 1103 and 3009.1.1 of the CFC. <br /> 8. Identify areas to be used as High Pile Storage as described in Article 81 of the UFC. Identify <br /> products, including containers, which will be stored in these designated areas for <br />
