The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation Contract(also <br /> known as the Williamson Act)shall be filed prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> Legal descriptions reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be submitted with the application. <br /> Filing fees are required for this application. <br /> c. LOT SIZE: The following lot size regulation shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) Parcels 1 and 2 shall have a minimum lot area of two acres. <br /> 2.
