PF
._
rT
Broadway Investments MAR 2 7 2003
P.O. Box 547 cP'WFIUNMENT HEALTH
Stockton, Ca 95201 PERMTSERVICES
March 24, 2003
Mike Huggins
Public Health Services
304 E. Weber Ave.
Stockton, Ca. 95202
Reference: Septic System
Dear Mike,
At our meeting with you about a week ago, George Cabrera and I reviewed the new
septic system design that David Welch of Anderson and Associates sent to us.
(Broadway Investment)
Because of the very seasonal nature of our cherry packing business, we have high
employment during a four week period that takes place the last two weeks of May and the
first two week of June. This is the busiest time of year for our company.
The balance of the year does not seem to put a stress on our existing system.
Therefore, we would like to request that the 20 Leach Line System that Anderson and
Associates designed, by reduced to a 10 Leach Line System. Along with this reduced
system, a monitoring program could be conduced to certify that this system has an
adequate capacity for our unique situation.
Thanks for your consideration of this matter and if you need additional information,_
please call me at 931-7000 or my cell phone at 479-3816.
E -
Yours Truly,
Bob Chinchiolo
