Phase 1,to be completed within eighteen(18) <br /> months, includes construction of a 14,320 square foot open storage building.Phase 2,to <br /> be completed in five(5)years,includes construction of two (2)70,000 square foot walnut <br /> storage buildings. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within the County road right-of-way. (Note: <br /> Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application.
