Hine APN: 089-160-28 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Jack Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 70 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $646 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as Manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record.
