This <br /> system must be designed by a registered engineer. Applicant <br /> must file an application for facility permit/waste discharge <br /> with the California Valley Region. The application forms can <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. If the <br /> above ground holding facility had to be emptied you first <br /> would have to analyze the contents for any hazardous material. <br /> You can obtain specific test requirements from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 7 . 102 . 04 - If hazardous material is stored on site applicant <br /> must register with County office of Emergency services. <br /> 8 . 102 . 05 - If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain <br /> a EPA identification number and comply with applicable <br /> regulations. <br />
