In accordance <br /> with that agreement, the Applicant has agreed to: <br /> 1) Implement Incidental Take Minimization Measures (ITMMs) PRIOR to site disturbance. <br /> Do not authorize site disturbance until receipt of a siqned Agreement to Incidental <br /> Take Minimization Measures (ITMMs) AND verification that all applicable ITMMs <br /> have been implemented. <br /> 2) Pay SJMSCP fees. Fees shall be paid in the amount in effect at the time of <br /> issuance of Building Permit (see also Appendix).
