I Ml <br /> San Joaquin Valley <br /> a AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT HEALTHY AIR LIVING <br /> July 29, 2014 <br /> Mo Hatef <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Project: PA-1200183 (SA) Time Extension <br /> District CEQA Reference No: 20140435 <br /> Dear Ms. Hatef: <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (District) has reviewed the <br /> project referenced above consisting of a one year time extension application for a <br /> previously approved Site Approval application for the expansion of an existing farm <br /> services operation to design and install irrigation pipe line systems for farmers in two <br /> phases over five years. Phase 1 will include the use of an existing 2,052 square foot <br /> office building and existing 8,800 square foot warehouse building and the construction <br /> of a 9,000 square foot warehouse building. Phase 2 will include the construction of a <br /> 9,000 square foot warehouse building, located at 8372 S. Jack Tone Road, in Stockton, <br /> CA. The District offers the following comments: <br /> 1 . Based on information provided to the District, project specific emissions of criteria <br /> pollutants for the construction of the two 9,000 square foot warehouses are not <br /> expected to exceed District significance thresholds of 10 tons/year NOX, 10 ton/year <br /> ROG, and 15 tons/year PM10. Therefore, the District concludes that project specific <br /> criteria pollutant emissions would have no significant adverse impact on air quality. <br /> 2. Based on information provided to the District, the construction of the two 9,000 <br /> square foot warehouses would not equal or exceed 25,000 square feet of light <br /> industrial space. Therefore, the District concludes that the proposed project is not <br /> subject to District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review). <br /> 3.
