Samples shall be collected from <br /> an established sampling station located in an area that will provide representative samples. Evidence of erosion, field saturation, runoff, or the <br /> presence of nuisance conditions shall be noted in the report. Wastewater shall also be monitored to <br /> ascertain loading rates at the land application area.
