Testing <br /> 1. Consultant is to drill a test well on the Sutter Home Lodi Winery project site at 18687 Jacob Brack Road, <br /> Lodi, CA. The test well is to be placed approximately In the location shown on the attached sketch. <br /> 2_ The deliverable from the test well will be a wfitten report containing a description of the activities <br /> performed,the findings, and the rer ommandatlons around the construction of the production water well. <br /> ll. Description of Services <br /> 1. Drift a test well to a depth of 300 feet. <br /> 2. Perform an electronic log of the conditions throughout the boring. <br /> 3_ Ream 180 feet of the test well to eight inch diameter.. <br /> 4. Set up and sample water from two(2)aquifers <br /> S. Perform three(3)water analysis tests. <br /> 8. Obtain all permits necessary for the test well. <br /> If. Schedule 7 , "' �� ~.�7 7gr <br /> A. This work should be performed as soon as possible to allow the engineer to complete the design of the <br /> production water well system. <br /> 13.
