If hazardous waste is generated, the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> g. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development. (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280) <br /> h. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance of the application, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This must be done prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal systems is required for each parcel.
