Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> I. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information <br /> as required by the improvement plan(including a 100% expansion area). <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 3. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a <br /> yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR. <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> A Division of Sari Joaquin County Health Care Scrviccs <br />
