The laboratory analytical results of the groundwater samples
collected from monitoring wells DWS-1, DWS-2, and DWS-3 on May 19, 2008, are generally consistent
with the historic laboratory results (attached). Nitrate-N was detected above the DHS Primary MCL of 10
milligrams per liter(mg/L)in the groundwater sample collected from DWS-3. Laboratory EC values were
above the recommended DHS Secondary MCL of 900 micromhos per centimeter (µmhos/cm) but below
the upper level of 1,600 µmhos/cm in the groundwater samples collected from DWS-1 and DWS-3. Total
dissolved solids were detected at concentrations above the DHS Secondary MCL of 500 mg/L, but below
the upper level of 1,000 mg/L, in all three groundwater samples. Total Kjeldahl nitrogen was not detected
in any of the groundwater samples. The groundwater gradient on May 19, 2008, was generally to the
west, consistent with historic data (see Figure 3). The next annual sampling event is scheduled for May
2009.
LIMITATIONS AND SIGNATURE
Condor developed the interpretations and conclusions presented herein in accordance with generally
accepted principles and practice. Conclusions presented in this report are professional opinions based on
limited information obtained at the time of our Site visits. Condor has endeavored to determine as much
as practical about the Site using conventional practices given our scope of services. Condor makes no
representation as to the subsurface conditions at locations or times other than those sampled by our
C4) CONDOR
