A Maintenance Agreement ensuring that the County roads used as haul routes are maintained to a condition acceptable to San Joaquin County shall be executed by the applicant. Provide a video tape showing the condition of the above-referenced road segments, and review the condition of these road segments with the Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation. In lieu of a Maintenance Agreement and providing a video, a one- time fee based upon total cubic yards permitted for'excavation can be paid towards road maintenance. 4. Loads on all public roads shall be limited to legal loads only. (Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County 1995- Title 10-Streets and Highways, Section 10-2350) 5. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within County right-of-way.(Development Title Sections 9- 1145.4 and 9=1145.5) 6. The access driveway shall be constructed in general accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards Drawing No. R-17 including return radii to accommodate truck movements prior to issuance of the grading permit':-, (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) 7. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of improvement plan application. The fee shall be based on the current schedule. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90-304,R-9-1025,R-93-167, R-94-650, and R-96-592) 8. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of improvement plan application. The fee shall be based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) 9. A cash deposit or security, in the amount and form acceptable to the Department of Public Works, shall be filed with the Department to ensure reclamation for the site, compliance with conditions of approval, and compliance with County and State mining regulations.
