All private roads and haul routes involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control the dust. <br /> 3. A Maintenance Agreement ensuring that the County roads used as haul routes are maintained to a condition <br /> acceptable to San Joaquin County shall be executed by the applicant. Provide a video tape showing the condition <br /> of the above-referenced road segments, and review the condition of these road segments with the Department of <br /> Public Works prior to the start of excavation. In lieu of a Maintenance Agreement and providing a video, a one- <br /> time fee based upon total cubic yards permitted for'excavation can be paid towards road maintenance. <br /> 4. Loads on all public roads shall be limited to legal loads only. (Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County 1995- <br /> Title 10-Streets and Highways, Section 10-2350) <br /> 5. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within County right-of-way.(Development Title Sections 9- <br /> 1145.4 and 9=1145.5) <br /> 6. The access driveway shall be constructed in general accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards Drawing No. R-17 including return radii to accommodate truck movements prior to issuance of the <br /> grading permit':-, (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 7. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of improvement plan application. The fee shall be based on the current schedule. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. (Resolutions R-90-304,R-9-1025,R-93-167, R-94-650, and R-96-592) <br /> 8. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of improvement plan application. The fee shall be based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 9. A cash deposit or security, in the amount and form acceptable to the Department of Public Works, shall be filed <br /> with the Department to ensure reclamation for the site, compliance with conditions of approval, and compliance <br /> with County and State mining regulations.
