Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel/Final Map as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map/Final Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> NOTE: The irrigation well on the proposed Parcel #3 cannot be used for domestic use in <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Well Standards. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
