CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-01-37 <br /> Partridge <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-0137 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on June 6, 2001. The effective date of approval is June 16, 2001. This <br /> approval will expire on December 16, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Leanne Mueller,468-3228) <br /> a. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a private right-of-way for Lot 50 of Small Farms Improvement <br /> Tract Division "B" (APN 007-240-49) as shown on the Plan dated April 25, 2001. The approved <br /> right-of-way shall utilize a private road shown on the Small Farms Improvement Tract subdivision <br /> map, along the west property line of Lot 50 of Small Farms Improvement Tract Division"B". <br /> b. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirementwill be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See the attached memo dated June 1, 2001.) <br />
