Partridge Lane (private) has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach at Jahant Road shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The private road (Partridge Lane), from Jahant Road to the residence, shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, <br /> San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, F-1 b and F-1 c and the Liberty Fire District prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.16(b)(2)) <br /> 4. Proof of legal access from Lot 47 to Jahant Road shall be provided. <br />
