1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> ✓1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one 141 acre parcel located at <br /> 146880 E. Jahant Road, Acampo, CA. The project is in an agricultural community, and the <br /> existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> _ /1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split the 141*acre parcel into three <br /> parcels; one 43� acre parcel, one 50' acre parcel, and one W acre parcel. In accordance <br /> _ with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination <br /> Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for <br /> visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with <br /> the owner, and county records. This SSCR includes minimal chemical analysis. <br /> 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative map with Vicinity Map, and APN Page). <br /> ✓ 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> ,✓2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> 2.1 Discussion of past,present, and proposed future uses: The primary source of information <br /> ` of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Kirk Aguer of Aguer Nobori <br /> Properties. Mr. Aguer was interviewed in June, 2004. Aguer Nobori Properties has owned the <br /> property for 14 years. This property and all surrounding properties have consistently been used <br /> ` for agricultural and rural residences. <br /> L Future use of the property consists of either rural residential or agricultural development. No <br /> construction is proposed at this time. <br /> (3.0 MENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at <br /> fli-e San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on July 12, 2004 (see appendix for <br /> results). An onsite survey performed in June, 2004 and September 13, 2004 by staff of <br /> Dillon&Murphy, as well as interviewing thS present owner. Mr. Kirk Aguer. <br /> v 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources <br /> of contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potential for contamination <br /> includes farming uses. Historically there have been no underground storage tanks.
