The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. Applicant/developer shall file Notice of Intent(NOI)to comply with State NPDES construction permit from <br /> i <br /> the State Water Resources Control Board and develop a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) <br /> permit for each phase prior to the beginning of any construction. <br /> 11. All new structures shall be prohibited within the Federal Emergency Management Agency's designated <br /> floodway of Jahant Slough or within twenty-five(25)feet for the top of banks of Jahant Slough whichever is <br /> greater. <br /> 12.
