w <br /> f <br /> Chandler Martin <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-05-424 (UP) <br /> 7. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $193.16 per daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 8. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 9. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> 10. Applicant/developer shall file Notice of Intent(NOI)to comply with State NPDES construction permit from <br /> i <br /> the State Water Resources Control Board and develop a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) <br /> permit for each phase prior to the beginning of any construction. <br /> 11. All new structures shall be prohibited within the Federal Emergency Management Agency's designated <br /> floodway of Jahant Slough or within twenty-five(25)feet for the top of banks of Jahant Slough whichever is <br /> greater. <br /> 12.
