He's planning on taking care of that soon.
Thanks for keeping me posted.
Josh Elson, P.E., P.L.S.
(209) 368-6618 ext. 13
From: Lisa Medina [EH] [mailto:imedina@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, July 28, 2010 11:37 AM
To: Josh Elson
Cc: Rodney Estrada [EH]
Subject: 390 W Jahant Rd., Acampo, CA PA-1000155 (MS)
Hello Josh,
I wanted to apprise you of the status of my site survey for the above referenced site. I visited the
site yesterday. The Ag-Well that appears to be located along the mid-northern Property line for
Parcel 1 is not depicted on the site map that was submitted. There may be an encroachment
f issue between the "Designated Remainder" and Parcel #1. The minimum setback requirement
per SJC Well Standards is ten feet from a property line. Submit a revised map depicting the Ag-
Well location with the required setback. The Ag-Well discussed also lacks a chlorinating plug at
the well head and it is open to elements. I also have a question as to the destruction of the
septic tank from the previous burned down single family dwelling which I will call Mr. Phillips
about directly. If you should have any questions, please call. Thanks Josh.
Lisa Medina, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E.
