Construct an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) Note: The existing irrigation well cannot be used <br /> for a domestic water supply. <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> a- In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1230 of the <br /> Development Title, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in <br /> Section 9-1230.5. Arrangements for the payment of the fees shall be approved by County <br /> Counsel prior to Final Map approval. <br /> 5. PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC: <br /> a. Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be dedicated along all lot frontages of the <br /> subdivision. <br /> b. Any existing PG&E facilities affected by the project will be relocated or placed <br /> underground at the owner's or developer's expense. <br /> 6. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify,and hold harmless the local agency or its agents,officers,and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the ^-ovemment Code. <br />
