(S) : SU-92-14 <br /> Dear Board: <br /> Again, as an adjoining property owner to the above named parcel, <br /> we are sending our voice by mail to protest the continual over- <br /> development in our area. <br /> WATER is a main concern of our state and especially in our area, <br /> where the water table is low and very hard to maintain due to the <br /> hard-pan soil. <br /> Our school is very overcrowded, our fire department is under- <br /> staffed for our population, and our area is overpopulated for <br /> sheriff and civil protection. <br /> There are so many undeveloped properties for sale, BUT MANY very <br /> nice established 'homes and ranchettes are on:the market; .piease <br /> see any realtors printout! <br /> The wildlife in this area will be obliterated. <br /> Two or three years ago we and our neighbors (also adjoining) <br /> inquired with you to try to purchase the entire 36.87 acres and we <br /> were told that this could not EVER be subdivided. . .WHY NOW? If we <br /> could have purchased the property it would have given us security <br /> that we could maintain our COUNTRY atmosphere without overcrowded <br /> housing for our area. <br /> Please consider the above reasons that this closed area should <br /> not be split into so many new homes.
