BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-90-12 AND GP-92- 5, AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT. WHEREAS, on December 19 , 1991 and January 16, 1992 , the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered this matter; and WHEREAS, on February 18 , 25 and March 10, 1992 , this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that the internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of the amendment; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that the Land Use/Circulation Element of the General Plan is hereby amended by approval of the following: 1. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. GP-90-12 OF BONAIRE MOTORS (C/O ATTEBERRY & ASSOCIATES) to change the General Plan designation of 12 acres from Agriculture to Residential Low Density and Residential Suburban Density. The property is located on the north side of State Route 88 , 400 feet east of Sierra Drive, east of Lockeford. 2 . GENERAL PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. GP-92-5 OF MAX AND JOAN LEE, to increase the General Plan' s agricul- tural density from 1-16 to 1-32 dwelling units per 160 gross acres, to increase the population density from 3-48 to 3-96 per 160 gross acres. The property is located on the south side of Jahant Road, 1300 feet east of Bruella Road, northeast of Lockeford. GP-90-12 & GP-92-5 -1- RES. r i I I f
