BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-90-12 AND GP-92- <br /> 5, AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT. <br /> WHEREAS, on December 19 , 1991 and January 16, 1992 , the San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 18 , 25 and March 10, 1992 , this Board of <br /> Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of <br /> which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to <br /> said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the <br /> premises; <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that the <br /> internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the <br /> adoption of the amendment; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that the Land Use/Circulation Element of the General Plan is hereby <br /> amended by approval of the following: <br /> 1. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. GP-90-12 OF <br /> BONAIRE MOTORS (C/O ATTEBERRY & ASSOCIATES) to change the <br /> General Plan designation of 12 acres from Agriculture to <br /> Residential Low Density and Residential Suburban Density. <br /> The property is located on the north side of State Route <br /> 88 , 400 feet east of Sierra Drive, east of Lockeford. <br /> 2 . GENERAL PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. GP-92-5 OF <br /> MAX AND JOAN LEE, to increase the General Plan' s agricul- <br /> tural density from 1-16 to 1-32 dwelling units per 160 <br /> gross acres, to increase the population density from 3-48 <br /> to 3-96 per 160 gross acres.
