Anderson and Associates and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The above referenced application shall have individual septic system plans be submitted by <br /> the property owner(s) for lots #1, 43, #4, 45, #6, #7, #8, #9, and #11 with the permit fee of <br /> $600.00 each. <br /> The following lots demonstrated passing percolation rates and standard septic systems <br /> should be designed and installed per San Joaquin County Sewage Standards for lots # 2, <br /> #10, and#12 with the permit fee of$450.00 each. <br /> The engineer-designed septic plans are on file with the EHD. Sheets G#1 and G#2 shall <br /> be given to the individual property owner(s) for installation of the septic system by the <br /> property owner/developer. A list of licensed septic system contractors is available upon <br /> request. <br /> The installation of water wells and pumps must be under an application permit and <br /> inspection approval by this Department with the permit fee of$375.00. Wells are to have <br /> a minimum 100-foot grout seal and be installed according to the San Joaquin County <br /> Standards. <br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable; however, <br /> chemical quality has not been ascertained. There is no state or legal regulations that <br /> apply to public drinking water standards to private wells. <br /> The compliance of these five-acre parcels as it relates to San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Codes has been completed and accepted to allow septic, well, and pump permits to be <br /> issued. <br /> 4 <br /> 7 , <br /> i� Hof-Lv^e- <br />
