Anderson and Associates and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The above referenced application shall have individual septic system plans be submitted by <br /> the property owner(s) for the following Lots; Lot#1, Lot#3, Lot#4, Lot#5, Lot#6, Lot 97, <br /> Lot#8, Lot#9, and Lot#11. <br /> The following lots demonstrated passing percolation rates and standard septic systems <br /> should be designed and installed per San Joaquin County Sewage Standards for <br /> Lots; Lot# 2, Lot#10 & Lot 412. <br /> The engineer-designed septic plans are on file with the EHD. Sheets G#1 and G'12 shall <br /> be given to the individual property owner(s) for installation of the septic system by the <br /> property owner.
